Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring multiple operations enablement manager roles to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will own cross-functional programs, define roadmaps, coordinate with product, engineering, and compliance, and drive measurable business outcomes across the servicing lifecycle.

The role involves leading training strategies, knowledge management, and change management in a remote-first environment with travel as needed. Strong analytics and Lean Six Sigma are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience in large-scale/global operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial services with scaling operations and coaching.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and executive-ready communications on status, risks and impact.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end change, including design, implementation, adoption and measurement.
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve the knowledge ecosystem with SOPs, learning platforms and AI tools.
• Translate complex concepts into practical resources and workflows.
• Oversee learning and training strategy from onboarding to product rollouts.
• Collaborate on customer and agent experience improvements and expand program scope.
