Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking operations enablement leaders to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will own cross-functional programs, define roadmaps, and drive operational readiness across teams including product, engineering, and compliance.

You will scale knowledge management, training, and change management initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first fintech environment, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Experience in fintech or financial institutions is preferred.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or Design Thinking are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Performance: lead cross-functional programs aligned to strategy and OKRs.
• Define Program Roadmaps and track KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement with executive-ready updates.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution with data-backed solutions.
• Lead Operational Excellence using Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and compliance.
• Own Change End-to-End from design to adoption and measurement.
• Build Technical Resources with clear manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management across SOPs and learning platforms.
• Translate Technical Concepts into actionable resources.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy with onboarding and continuous learning.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements and program scope expansion.
