Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institutions, including scaling operations and coaching.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools).

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives, aligning with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans; track KPIs, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and deliver executive-ready updates on status, risks, and impact.
