Job summary

affirm is hiring multiple Manager roles in Ops Enablement through a single posting. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive operational readiness, and partner with product, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver scalable servicing capabilities.

Expect a remote-first environment with opportunities to influence multiple teams and regulatory-aligned outcomes. You will own program roadmaps, governance, and change management, while coaching teams and shaping training and knowledge resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably within large-scale or global operations.
• 3+ years of experience at a fintech or financial institution, including scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with servicing strategy, OKRs, and long-term business priorities.
• Develop clear program roadmaps and execution plans, tracking KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance practices, delivering polished, executive-ready communications on program status and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements for quality and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end design and delivery of training programs, ensuring effectiveness through measurement.
• Partner with product and engineering to improve customer and agent experiences and optimize workflows.
