Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks an operations enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our operations team.

You will define and execute strategies for readiness, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, partnering with product, engineering, and vendors while owning cross-functional initiatives. You will lead end-to-end program delivery, manage risks, and apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and efficiency in a regulated environment, while sustaining strong executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institutions, including scaling operations.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive-ready communications on status and impact.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end change management, adoption and measurement of initiatives.
