Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring operations enablement leaders who will drive scalable, compliant servicing capabilities across our organization.

You’ll own cross-functional programs, partner with product, engineering, and legal teams, and lead strategic initiatives that translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows. You will shape training, knowledge management, and change initiatives to ensure readiness at scale, while guiding teams through governance, risk, and execution with measurable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institutions with scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR) and dispute practices.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver outcomes.
• Establish governance and communicate program status to executives with clarity.
• Identify risks and drive data-backed resolutions with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end change management from design to adoption and measurement.
• Translate technical concepts into clear manuals for human and AI use.
• Develop and evolve knowledge ecosystems, SOPs, and learning platforms.
