Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of loan servicing experience, preferably within investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement processes.
• Excellent time management with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Effective risk assessment and escalation when needed.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret data and trends.
• Demonstrated leadership as adviser on complex reporting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Leads a critical operational support service within an operational unit and mentors the team.
• Establishes process performance measures and oversees business impact; communicates results.
• Promotes and monitors production workflow; assists with escalation and issue resolution.
• Monitors effectiveness and efficiency; drives change and continuous improvement.
