Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and business impact; prepares performance statistics for stakeholders.
• Monitors the production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues; identifies and resolves exceptions.
• Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or processes; drives change and improvement.
• Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; resolves compliance issues and mitigates risk.
