Qualifications

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supports a critical operational service, processes, or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Monitors the production workflow and assists team members with escalated issues; resolves exceptions.
• Monitors effectiveness of production and drives process improvement.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory standards; supports risk mitigation activities.
