Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Advisor for its Investor Reporting team in the Midland footprint. The role focuses on accurate reporting and remitting funds per servicing agreements, while mitigating risk through regulatory compliance and strong controls.

The successful candidate will bring 4+ years in loan servicing or related financial operations, with strong analytical skills, independence, and leadership abilities to mentor peers and support team objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience or equivalent in complex financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports critical operational services and ensures performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establishes performance measurements and prepares reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitors production workflow and assists with escalated issues; acts as escalation point.
• Drives change and improvement in production and processes while ensuring compliance.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; mitigates risk.
