With 4+ years in loan servicing or related financial operations, you will work independently within the Midland footprint, mentoring peers and supporting team objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Supports a critical operational support service within an operating unit and ensures performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and reports to stakeholders.
• Monitors production workflow and assists team members with escalated issues; acts as escalation point.
• Drives change and improvement efforts in production and processes.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards; supports risk mitigation.
