Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Advisor Senior within the Midland Investor Reporting team.

Based in the Midland footprint, the role focuses on accurate reporting and remitting funds per servicing agreements while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. The candidate should have 4+ years of loan servicing or related financial operations experience, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and a track record of mentoring peers and driving risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated independent problem solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
• Establishes process performance measurements and oversees business impact.
• Promotes and monitors the production workflow and assists team members with complex escalation process issues.
• Independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation.
