Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Advisor in Investor Reporting within the Midland footprint. The role focuses on accurate reporting, remitting funds per servicing agreements, and mitigating risk through regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have 4+ years in loan servicing or related financial operations, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work independently with leadership capabilities. Remote work may be available in select locations with in-office requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports a critical operational support service and ensures performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance and prepares statistics and reports.
• Monitors production workflow and assists team with escalated issues; acts as escalation point.
• Monitors effectiveness of production and drives change and improvements.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory standards; resolves compliance issues and mitigates risk.
