Qualifications

• 6+ years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movements
• Able to analyze reporting discrepancies and drive resolution
• Excellent organization with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead critical Investor Reporting activities and ensure accurate reporting and remittance of funds
• Oversee complex transactions and support strategic initiatives
• Identify issues, analyze root causes and implement solutions
• Monitor production workflows, escalate risks, and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to strengthen controls and governance
