Qualifications

• 4+ years of loan servicing experience or equivalent experience in complex financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated independent problem solving capability.
• Sound decision making skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports a critical operational support service and ensures performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance; prepares statistics and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitors workflow and assists team; resolves exceptions and serves as escalation point.
• Drives improvements in production processes and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
