Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Offering Manager for its Mainframe Managed Services, remote in the United States. You will lead commercialization, pricing, and packaging for MFaaS offerings, translating platform capabilities into scalable, monetized services.

You’ll own the roadmap and collaborate across Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure profitable, repeatable solutions. The role emphasizes AI-enabled delivery, market-aligned descriptions, and go-to-market guidance, with a focus on scalable

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management, Offer Management, or Service Portfolio Management with ownership of commercial offer development
• Managed services background in mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE environments
• Pricing & commercialization expertise in productizing services and pricing models
• Commercial & financial acumen including cost-to-serve modeling and margin optimization
• Strong translation skills to package technical capability into sellable value propositions
• AI-enabled delivery fluency and understanding of automation in service design
• Cross-organizational experience across Product, Finance, and Delivery
• Clear communicator capable of leading cross-functional meetings and decisions

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the commercialization roadmap across MFaaS portfolio
• Translate capabilities into productized, monetized services with pricing guidance
• Package services into sellable offerings with tiered levels
• Develop pricing frameworks, SKU structures and packaging
• Ensure offerings are profitable, repeatable, and adaptable to market demands
• Collaborate with Engineering, Pricing, and Sales to enable go-to-market success
• Lead vendor ecosystem integration and platform feature productization
