Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Mainframe Managed Services to lead commercialization of MFaaS. You will set pricing, define packaging, and shape platform offerings for AI-enabled delivery in a remote US role.

You will collaborate across Product, Pricing, Finance, and Delivery to turn platform innovations (Telum/Spyre) into scalable, profitable services with clear business value for clients.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management with ownership of commercial offers.
• Managed services background across mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE.
• Pricing & commercialization expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Translation skill — turn technical capabilities into sellable value propositions.
• AI-enabled delivery fluency to reshape cost-to-serve and service design.
• Cross-organizational experience across Product, Finance, and Delivery.
• Clear communicator for cross-functional meetings.
• Ownership mindset to drive the roadmap forward.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evolve MFaaS offerings reflecting new platform capabilities and AI-enabled delivery improvements.
• Update service descriptions, SOWs, and feature definitions.
• Ensure offerings are market-relevant, defined, and differentiated.
• Build pricing frameworks, SKU structures, and packaging tiers.
• Own the commercialization roadmap across the MFaaS portfolio.
• Partner with Technology vendors to integrate capabilities and ensure profitability.
