Ensono is seeking a Senior Offering Manager for Mainframe Managed Services. You will lead the commercialization of MFaaS, translating platform capabilities into monetized services, defining pricing, packaging, and market positioning to drive repeatable, scalable offerings.

You will own the roadmap across MFaaS, collaborating with Product Pricing, Operations, and Sales to ensure profitable, differentiated offerings that meet client value in an AI-first operating model.

Competenze

• 7–10+ years in Product Management, Offer Management, or Service Portfolio Management with commercial ownership
• Managed services background across mainframe/infrastructure/SRE
• Pricing & commercialization expertise: productizing services and costing models
• Commercial and financial acumen: cost-to-serve, pricing, margins
• Translation of tech capability into packaging and sellable value
• AI-enabled delivery fluency to reshape cost-to-serve and design
• Cross‑organizational experience across Product, Finance, Delivery
• Clear communicator to run cross‑functional meetings and drive decisions
• Ownership mindset to drive roadmap and dependencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
