Ensono seeks a Senior Product Manager for Mainframe Managed Services to lead commercialization of MFaaS offerings, including pricing, packaging, and positioning for an AI-enabled portfolio.

You will own the portfolio roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for clients, driving scalable, repeatable revenue.

The role supports remote work across the United States and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management with ownership of commercial offer development.
• Managed services background across mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE services and understanding how offers are structured, sold, and delivered.
• Pricing and commercialization expertise—proven track record of productizing services and influencing costing and pricing models.
• Commercial and financial acumen—cost-to-serve modeling, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
• Translation skill—turning technical capability into clear packaging and sellable value propositions.
• AI-enabled delivery fluency—understanding automation and AI efficiencies to reshape cost-to-serve and service design.
• Cross-organizational experience across Product, Finance, and Delivery to drive alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the commercialization roadmap across the full MFaaS portfolio.
• Prioritize items based on customer impact, commercial potential, and delivery feasibility.
• Ensure offerings are profitable, repeatable, and defensible in the market.
• Develop pricing frameworks, SKU structures, and packaging tiers and bundles.
• Collaborate with Sales to move toward outcomes-led selling of standardized offerings.
