Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Mainframe Managed Services ( MFaaS ), with remote work options across the United States. The role focuses on translating platform capabilities into productized, monetized services while shaping pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

You will own the commercialization roadmap, partner with Pricing & Operations, and ensure offerings remain profitable, repeatable, and scalable across the portfolio with an AI-first operating model.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management.
• Managed services background across mainframe/infrastructure.
• Pricing & commercialization expertise with cost-to-serve focus.
• Commercial and financial acumen for margin optimization.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into sellable value propositions.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the commercialization roadmap for MFaaS portfolio.
• Partner with Pricing & Operations to refine costing and pricing models.
• Productize services into clear, tiered offerings with AI-driven enhancements.
• Support Sales with pricing guidance and deal structuring.
• Coordinate vendor integrations and platform capability packaging.
