Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Mainframe Managed Services to lead commercialization and pricing strategy across MFaaS offerings. You will translate platform capabilities into market-ready services, define pricing structures, and drive scalable, profitable product definitions with cross-functional leadership.

You will align product, pricing, and delivery teams to evolve traditional delivery into repeatable, AI-enhanced offerings, setting roadmaps and owning outcomes to maximize

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management, with commercial offer development ownership
• Managed services background across mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE services
• Pricing & commercialization expertise: productizing services and pricing models
• Commercial and financial acumen: cost-to-serve, pricing strategy, margin optimization
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into sellable value propositions
• AI-enabled delivery fluency to reshape cost-to-serve and service design
• Cross-organizational experience across Product, Finance, Delivery, Sales
• Ownership mindset driving roadmaps and dependencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the MFaaS commercialization roadmap across the portfolio
• Refine pricing models, packaging tiers, and bundles with Finance and Operations
• Productize services with clear customer value propositions and outcomes
• Translate platform capabilities into marketable offerings and measurable benefits
• Collaborate across Product, Consulting, Pricing, and Delivery to align on go-to-market
• Drive consistent, defendable commercial models and roadmaps
• Ensure offerings remain profitable and scalable
