Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to maintain and upgrade network connectivity for our remote-first workforce. You’ll configure devices, upgrade operating systems, and deploy routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls while assisting in troubleshooting and incident resolution.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS).
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented network services processes and suggests improvements.
• Performs customer service duties and responds to requests.
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures.
• Prepares activity reports and maintains network documentation.
• Completes network change requests per SLAs.
