One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and support our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls. You will troubleshoot complex network issues, manage incidents, and document resolutions.

• 5–7 years of hands-on network engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures.
• Performs customer service duties and responds to requests.
• Responds to customer requests with timely quality.
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures.
• Prepares activity reports for management.
• Identifies opportunities to improve workflow and documents changes.
• Maintains network services documentation.
• Completes network change requests per SLAs.
• Maintains network lab and equipment inventory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
