Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support our network services for a remote-first team. You will configure routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls, upgrade OS/software, and handle incident tickets with a focus on timely resolutions.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience, deep knowledge of network technologies, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure network devices and perform OS/software upgrades.
• Assist with troubleshooting circuit equipment and network issues.
• Monitor and respond to network incidents and maintain CMS records.
• Prepare activity reports and improve workflow with documentation.
