Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy and manage network infrastructure for its nationwide networks. You will configure devices, perform OS and software upgrades, and troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on networking experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, protocols, DNS and security concepts.
• Proven ability to work in a remote-first, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides and maintains network connectivity services for One Call networks.
• Configures devices, upgrades operating systems, deploys routers/switches/load balancers/firewalls.
• Troubleshoots network problems and responds to incident tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintains network services documentation and change requests per SLAs.
• Generates activity reports and identifies workflow improvements.
• Collaborates with peers and management to ensure reliable network operations.
