Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical leadership across all Fujifilm Healthcare products, including PACS, VNA, Mobility, and Clinical Information Systems. This role focuses on guiding development and TAC, with after-hours on-call support for critical incidents.

You will document activities, share knowledge via Bulletins and Knowledge Base articles, and train teams on new software releases while staying current with

Qualifications

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Medical IT and Imaging.
Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of industry experience.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and triage escalations from TAC, coordinating with Development until resolution.
Lead cross-functional technical investigations with Development, QA, and Product Management.
Provide advanced technical training and mentorship to TAC, Upgrade, Project Engineer teams and partners.
Operate with minimal supervision, driving issues to completion and maintaining documentation.
