Job summary
FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical expertise across Fujifilm Healthcare products. You will triage escalations, coordinate with Development, and mentor TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams while staying current with new technologies.

Qualifications
- Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Medical IT/Imaging software or related fields.
- Master’s degree with 8+ years of industry experience or a Bachelor’s with 10+ years.
- Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure and clear strategic thinking.
- Security, cloud or networking certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and leadership across teams.
- Triaging escalations from TAC and coordinating with Development.
- Lead cross-functional investigations with multiple stakeholders.
- Mentor Enterprise Support Team members and partners.
- Develop and publish knowledge bases and diagnostic playbooks.
