Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide the highest level of technical leadership for our medical imaging IT products, including PACS, VNA, and clinical information systems.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with development, and drive high-priority issue resolution. This role requires deep expertise, strong communication, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience as a Technical, Systems, Software or QA Engineer in Medical IT and/or Imaging products.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Security+, VCP, CCIE/CCNP, AWS/Azure) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex medical imaging IT issues.
• Lead cross-functional technical investigations and coordinate with Development, QA, and Product Management.
• Mentor and train TAC, Upgrade, and Project Engineer teams and partners.
• Develop and publish knowledge base articles and procedures.
• Serve as on-call technical resource for critical outages (24/7 support).
• Escalate and drive issues to resolution with accountability across teams.
