Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Distinguished Senior Principal National Support Engineer to provide top-level technical leadership for medical informatics products, including PACS, VNA, Syncomm and Clinical Information Systems. The role covers escalation management, mentorship, and collaboration with TAC, Development, and cross-functional teams globally.

You will stay current with the latest technologies, drive continuous improvement, and provide after-hours on-call support

Qualifications

Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience as a Technical, Systems, Software or Quality Assurance Engineer in Medical IT and/or Imaging products.
Master (preferred) with 8 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Current Leading Industry Certifications – one or more preferred, not limited to vendor/specialized certs.

Responsibilities

Advanced Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that others cannot resolve.
Review and triage escalations from TAC, present issues to development, and work with development to resolution.
Provide technical support to the Enterprise Support team and other areas as needed.
Lead mentorship between Enterprise Support Team members and other technical teams within the business.
Provide advanced technical training to the TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams and global partners.
Lead cross-functional investigations with Development, QA and Product Management to resolve issues.
