Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal National Support Engineer II to lead critical incident resolutions, serve as SME, and mentor the TAC, Upgrade, and Project Engineering teams in the United States. The role emphasizes advanced technical guidance, collaboration with development, and 24/7 on-call support as needed.

Applicants should have senior-level expertise across Fuji product lines, with 10+ years in Medical IT or Imaging, plus relevant security and virtualization

Qualifications

• Masters preferred or Bachelor's with substantial industry experience.
• Certifications in security, virtualization (VCP), Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft and AWS.
• Minimum 10 years in Medical IT and/or Imaging product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for critical customer cases.
• Act as SME for specific product areas, guiding peers and junior engineers.
• Provide advanced technical training to the TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams.
• Review and triage escalations from TAC and International Partners for development resolution.
• Collaborate with TAC and development to resolve issues and improve products.
• Work after hours and participate in on-call rotation as required.
