Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal National Support Engineer II to provide top-level technical expertise across product lines, lead major incidents and mentor junior engineers. The role interfaces with TAC, development, and project teams, and supports domestic and international customers, with after-hours on-call coverage.

Required qualifications include advanced certifications (Security+, VCP, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS) and 10+ years in medical IT or imaging.

Qualifications

• Masters (preferred) with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience of 8 years or comparable work experience of 10+ years of industry experience.
• Security, VCP, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft and AWS certifications.
• Experience leading incidents and mentoring engineers; working with development and TAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for critical customer cases.
• Act as SME for product areas and provide advanced guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide advanced training to TAC/Upgrade/Project teams.
• Coordinate with TAC, PE, UE and development to resolve escalations.
• Support international partners and 24/7 on-call coverage.
