Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide top-level technical leadership for medical informatics products, including PACS, VNA, and Clinical Information Systems. The role supports TAC, drives issue resolution with Development, and mentors the Enterprise Support team while ensuring timely customer communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Medical IT and/or Imaging products.
• Master (preferred) with 8 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience or 12+ years of related work.
• Leading industry certifications (e.g., Security+, VCP, Cisco, Azure, Linux, Microsoft) preferred.
• Expertise in storage systems and networking basics (SMB, S3).
• Experience with cloud concepts (AWS, Azure) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues escalated from TAC.
• Lead technical investigations with Development, QA, and Product Management.
• Mentor Enterprise Support Team members and cross-functional teams.
• Develop knowledge bases and diagnostic playbooks.
• Communicate technical issues to marketing, sales, and customers as needed.
• Work on special projects or new software/product releases with Development.
