Travelers is hiring a Senior National Account Manager for Personal Insurance. This remote, full-time role oversees complex agency relationships to drive growth and profitability across multiple states and national programs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales or insurance, a Bachelor’s degree, and deep knowledge of agency diagnostics and strategic sales. A competitive base salary plus incentive opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 7+ years experience in sales, insurance, or financial services.
• Expert knowledge of agency diagnostics and ability to provide strategic sales and marketing support.
• Advanced ability to influence sales and get agents to promote Travelers products.
• Advanced relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced communications skills.
• Advanced problem solving and ability to exercise decisive judgment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively manage broad and complex relationships with agents, brokers and clients to produce profit and/or growth.
• Handles variety of business models, multiple states and/or countrywide programs.
• Applies organizational, technical and industry knowledge to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborates with Sales to implement new programs and identify opportunities within existing relationships.
• Develops strategic agency plans that require disciplined accountability and follow up to meet business objectives.
• Stays current on product and pricing changes.
• Articulates company position and seeks out business with appropriate agencies to meet company objectives.
• Fosters collaboration across the enterprise and seeks solutions outside business unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
