Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management, Offer Management, or Service Portfolio Management.
• Managed services background across mainframe/infrastructure/SRE.
• Pricing & commercialization expertise in productizing services.
• Commercial and financial acumen including cost-to-serve.
• Translation of technical capability into sellable value propositions.
• AI-enabled delivery fluency to reshape cost-to-serve and service design.
• Cross-organizational experience across Product, Finance, and Delivery.
• Clear communicator capable of leading cross-functional meetings.
• Ownership mindset to advance roadmaps and resolve blockers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercialization roadmap for MFaaS portfolio across platforms.
• Translate platform capabilities into packaged, monetized services.
• Develop pricing frameworks, SKU structures, and packaging tiers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering on GTM and deal support.
• Drive repeatable, scalable offerings with strong business case logic.
