Job summary

Ensono, a leader in Mainframe Managed Services, seeks a Senior Offering Manager to drive MFaaS commercialization, pricing, and packaging strategies. Remote opportunity across the United States, with accountability for translating platform capabilities into revenue-generating services.

You will set the strategic roadmap, partner with Product Pricing and Operations, and ensure offerings are profitable, repeatable, and aligned with market demand.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management, Offer Management, or Service Portfolio Management with ownership of commercial offer development
• Managed services background across mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE services
• Pricing & commercialization expertise in productizing services and pricing models
• Commercial and financial acumen: cost-to-serve, pricing strategy, margin optimization
• Translation skill: turn technical capability into clear packaging and sellable value propositions
• AI-enabled delivery fluency: understand automation and AI efficiencies for cost-to-serve and service design
• Cross‑organizational experience across Product, Finance, and Delivery
• Clear communicator capable of leading cross‑functional pricing, finance, delivery and sales meetings
• Ownership mindset: drive the roadmap and resolve blockers
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve MFaaS portfolio to reflect platform capabilities and AI-enabled delivery improvements
• Update service descriptions, SOW constructs, and feature definitions
• Maintain market-relevant, clearly defined offerings with strong differentiation
• Ground offerings in customer need, market timing, and Ensono’s right to win
• Co-develop costing and pricing models with Product Pricing and Operations
• Move toward standardized, scalable pricing with forward-looking economics
• Incorporate automation and AI efficiencies into cost-to-serve models
• Build pricing frameworks, SKU structures, and packaging tiers
• Ensure offerings are profitable, repeatable, and defensible in the market
• Productize services into clear core vs add-on capabilities with measurable business outcomes
• Translate capabilities into client-understandable value propositions
• Develop standardized proposal constructs and pricing guidance for Sales
• Own commercialization roadmap across MFaaS portfolio
• Prioritize based on customer impact, commercial potential, and feasibility
• Ensure clear rationale for roadmap decisions
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
• Assess third‑party capabilities for integration and margin impact
• Define packaging within vendor technologies and ensure alignment with roadmap
• Maintain cohesive value layer across vendor‑dependent services
• Identify opportunities to monetize platform capabilities (Telum/Spyre) with new features
• Work with Engineering to ensure deployability and scale
• Develop GTM enablement: positioning, messaging, and sales tools
• Collaborate with Sales to shift to outcomes-led selling
