Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how marketing performance is measured and improved, embedded with marketing and growth teams. You will partner with leadership to surface insights, provide clear recommendations, and stay with the work through decision making.

You will lead B2B pipeline analytics and B2C growth analytics, build dashboards, own attribution models, and collaborate with data engineering to ensure robust event tracking and semantic layers across Marketo, Salesforce,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analytics experience.
• Own marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data, web analytics, and paid media platforms.
• Experience with B2B marketing, pipeline analytics, and multi-touch attribution.
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that matter for marketing to schools and districts and centralize reporting.
• Own attribution models in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator dashboards for early pipeline health signals.
• Build registration and acquisition measurement End-to-End and connect touchpoints to actions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Product Analytics to size opportunities and test growth hypotheses.
