• Build the measurement foundation for how Niche markets to schools and districts.
• Define metrics, calculations, and reporting to show what is working.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and ensure data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end to end for B2C growth.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth and leadership.
• Measure organic search analytics and monitor traffic shifts across dashboards.
