Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C, sitting with marketing, growth, and lifecycle teams. You will surface insights, define metrics, and ensure reliable attribution across Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

This role emphasizes analytical rigor, mentoring teammates, and partnering with Data Engineering to build event tracking and a self-serve analytics layer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end, from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing, pipeline analytics, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing to schools and districts.
• Own B2B attribution model and dataflow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator pipeline reporting for marketing and sales leadership.
• Monitor B2C registration analytics and channel attribution.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to define event tracking and data models.
• Mentor analysts and influence cross-functional partners.
