Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve marketing performance across B2B and B2C channels. You will partner with marketing, growth, lifecycle, and product teams to surface insights and drive data-informed decisions.

This role sits within the Analytics team and reports to the Manager of Operational Analytics. You’ll implement rigorous measurement, govern attribution models, and build dashboards that empower leadership to act quickly on opportunities across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that matter for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics and determine where reporting lives.
• Own the B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and ensure reliable data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health and support forecasting and reviews.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end-to-end, including attribution and campaign performance.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards for growth, lifecycle, and leadership; monitor organic search analytics and traffic shifts.
