Job summary

Niche, the leader in school search, seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve marketing performance across B2B and B2C channels. You will partner with Marketing and Growth teams, maintain reliable attribution, and help forecast pipeline with rigorous methods.

You will work with Marketo, Salesforce, Snowflake, and dbt, building dashboards and self-serve views to answer recurring questions and drive decisions. This role offers flexible remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data, including web analytics and paid media platforms, with attribution.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics, including multi-touch attribution and pipeline contribution.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and diagnosing connection problems.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that matter for B2B and B2C marketing and how they are calculated.
• Own the B2B attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to keep campaign tracking and attribution reliable.
• Forecasting and pipeline reviews with clear methodology and confidence levels.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for teams.
