Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how marketing performance is measured across B2B and B2C channels. You will define metrics, build attribution, and deliver dashboards that drive growth and pipeline decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Measure paid acquisition efficiency and forecast pipeline with Growth Marketing.
• Partner with Product and Data Eng to define event tracking and data models.
