Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C channels. Embedded with the analytics team, you will report to the Manager of Operational Analytics and partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle to drive data-driven decisions.

You will define metrics, manage attribution models, and build self-serve dashboards while mentoring peers and advancing AI-assisted analytics across our data stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and multi-channel attribution.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end, from tracking to reporting.
• Senior proficiency in SQL and data visualization; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Define which metrics matter for marketing and where reporting lives.
• Own B2B attribution model including data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure reliable campaign tracking and attribution.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth teams.
• Measure organic/search performance and monitor traffic shifts across dashboards.
