Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve marketing performance across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-driven decisions that impact pipeline and user acquisition.

As a senior IC on the Analytics team, you will build dashboards, maintain self-serve views, validate models, and ensure accuracy of attribution across Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data from web analytics and paid media platforms.
• B2B marketing and pipeline analytics experience with attribution and pipeline contribution.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and diagnosing data connections.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Develop measurement for registration and acquisition and link user origin to actions on the platform.
• Create leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define event tracking and semantic layer requirements.
• Champion AI-assisted analytics and mentor colleagues on new tooling and methods.
