Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve the marketing engine across B2B and B2C. You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Product to define metrics, build dashboards, and ensure accurate attribution across Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

You will mentor analysts, design growth tests, and present insights to senior leadership. This role offers flexible remote work in the United States and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking implementation through to reporting and recommendation.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, or equivalent).
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution, campaign and channel contribution to pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing to schools and districts.
• Own the B2B attribution model across tools and data flow.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to maintain reliable campaign tracking.
• Forecast pipeline and support reviews with transparent methodology.
• Own end-to-end registration and acquisition measurement and dashboards.
• Drive AI-assisted analytics and mentor analysts across the team.
• Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
