Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to surface insights, define metrics, and ensure reliable attribution across Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

You will build dashboards, lead end-to-end measurement, and mentor teammates while influencing senior leadership with clear recommendations. This is a fully flexible, remote-capable, salary-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on consumer acquisition data experience and attribution limitations.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics and multi-touch attribution.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
• Senior SQL proficiency; ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement foundations for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics to show what works.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and ensure data flow between tools.
• Develop early signal reports on pipeline health for leadership.
• Measure B2C registration analytics and paid- acquisition efficiency with forecasts.
• Create dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking and data models.
