Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead clinical and contracting activities for specialty pharmacy services.

You will drive network strategy, support client initiatives, and oversee a team to ensure timely, compliant execution of contracts, pricing, and access programs. This role requires strong PBM/managed care acumen, REMS and LD drug experience, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable client guidance while partnering

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years’ experience in leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year of PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs including REMS and Limited Distribution Products is required/best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty pharmacy concepts into clear, actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, RFP support, and presentations as the specialty network expert.
• Oversee specialty client support processes and service standards.
• Manage escalations involving access, reimbursement, formulary, and contract issues.
• Develop and maintain project plans, policies, and scalable workflows for client offerings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and Navitus policies.
