Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead contracting and client support for specialty pharmacy networks. You will guide strategy, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory and payer requirements are met.

This role blends clinical expertise with project leadership to deliver scalable solutions that support client success and access. The position requires 4+ years in pharmacy leadership, a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, and deep knowledge of

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy completed.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence.
• 4+ years licensed pharmacist experience.
• 3+ years leading staff experience.
• 1+ year PBM/Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Drugs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate network concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, RFP support, and presentations as the specialty network expert.
• Advise on network initiatives that support client goals and low-cost opportunities.
• Oversee specialty client support processes, responses to cross-functional inquiries.
• Lead escalation resolutions on access, reimbursement, formulary, and contracts.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, policies, and scalable workflows for regulatory compliance and growth.
• Support management of specialty contracts to meet obligations.
• Evaluate reimbursement structures, network performance, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to expand network partnerships.
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, etc).
• Manage a team of specialty client support staff and guide their development.
• Execute departmental strategic initiatives and continuous improvement to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
• Participate in compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
