Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to join our team.

The role oversees day-to-day specialty client support, contracting activities, and network strategy to deliver on schedule and in alignment with client needs. The position requires strategic thinking, project management, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence, or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist; 3+ years leading staff; 1+ year PBM/Managed Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as specialty pharmacy subject matter expert translating complex concepts into clear recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, quarterly reviews, and RFP support as the network expert.
• Oversee client support processes, responses, and service standards.
• Manage specialty client initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, exchange, and state regulations.
