Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a PharmD or B-S in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in candidate's state or eligibility for reciprocity within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate specialty pharmacy concepts into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and RFP support as the specialty provider network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals, access, and low-net-cost strategies.
• Oversee client support processes to ensure timely, accurate responses across access, pricing, and network configuration.
• Manage escalations by coordinating with internal teams on access, reimbursement, formulary, contracts, and member issues.
• Drive project management from ideation through implementation for specialty client initiatives.
• Develop scalable workflows, procedures, and work instructions to support compliance and growth.
• Ensure contractual obligations and client requirements are understood and met.
