Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead contracting strategies for specialty pharmacy networks in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams and drive client-focused initiatives ensuring compliant, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires deep PBM operations knowledge, REMS and restricted drug expertise, and strong vendor management with staff mentorship. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with current state licensure.
• Experience in leading and mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of PBM operations and specialty pharmacy.
• Familiarity with REMS, limited distribution products, and network pricing.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and present network strategy opportunities.
• Oversee client support processes and service standards.
• Manage escalations related to access, reimbursement, and contracts.
• Develop scalable workflows and project plans for client-specific needs.
• Support ongoing management of specialty pharmacy contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand network partnerships.
